Mingle Hill

Mingle Hill

Brief History

Mingle Hill Disciple of Christ Church was founded by Rev. Blannie Williams in about 1932. About the founder, Rev Blannie Williams was born in the Upper Sampson County; he was the son of the Late Dolly Ann and Clyde Williams.  It is believed that early in life he knew that God had work for him to do. "And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh and you sons and daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, young men shall see visions," (Joel 2:28). Rev. B. W. Williams saw that vision, when he and others saw the need to build a house to worship God and give him the praise for his goodness to them.
